Tricia teaches Hatha, Flow & Restorative Yoga in the Greater Boston Area. She came to the mat in 2009 as a way to find peace amidst struggles with anxiety and depression. Tricia instantly felt the healing benefits of the practice and wanted to learn as much about yoga as possible. After years of dedicated practice in a variety of styles, Tricia completed her 200 hour certification with Cathy Mann at The Yoga Studio in Millis, MA in 2016. Trained in the Hatha style based on the Iyengar Method, Tricia creates a safe environment for her students by encouraging the use of props and healthy modifications. Holding the belief that anyone can and should practice yoga, Tricia's classes are created for students to reconnect to themselves and find harmony in their minds, bodies, and spirits.
