About Tricia Tricia Cunniff began her yoga practice while studying Art History at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She found refuge on her mat amidst the stress and anxiety in her day to day and was immediately intrigued by the balance that yoga brought into her life. As a student of yoga for over ten years, Tricia continues to dive deeper into the intricacies of how yoga and meditation can help bring peace into our daily lives.
In 2016, Tricia completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Cathy Mann at The Yoga Studio Millis. From there, she continued her education with Nicole Clark on the Power of Touch in a year-long mentorship program. Exploring Touch further, Tricia studied with Giorgia Milne in the Biodynamic Cranial Touch Initiatory Course. Tricia is currently enrolled in the 300hr program at the Summers School of Yin Yoga with Josh Summers. Tricia is also on the 200hr Teacher Training Faculty at Firefly Yoga Studios. Tricia offers Hatha, Yang/Yin, and Restorative classes and workshops in the Foxboro community. Through reflections on the ebb and flow of the seasons, Tricia’s classes and workshops aim to bring a sense of reconnection to the earth and how that can affect our lifestyle patterns. Whether exploring the strength in holding, the power in stillness, or the softening in surrender, Tricia invites students to find the space to practice in a nurturing, contemplative way. |
